Mrs. Dirty

Glad your back Stinkeye.

I was at opening day for the Kansas City Royals. The day before the big vote in KC for a tax increase to renovate Kauffman stadium and Arrowhead - home of the Chiefs. The biggest lament from voters - why do you have to tie the Royals to the vote. This town would open a vein for the Chiefs - probably would have done the same for the Royals years ago. But when your owner - who had really wanted to buy the Royals' arch-rival the Cardinals - sucks ass like its his job, the town tends to loose faith.

Wait. I forgot my point. Oh well. I'm just hoping that the Royals manage to keep their losses under 100 this year. Is that too much to ask?

dear ms dirty -
you should start a steroid program in kc, that seemed to work in st. louis. also, how did the vote turn out?

Mrs. Dirty

Jackson County voted in favor of stadium renovations - so both teams are now locked into another 25 years under their leases. The rolling roof proposal failed - but only by 10,000 votes. Scary. Who wants to watch football indoors?

I think steroids make you cry. You must watch Bonds on Bonds for some great tears. I am thinking of my own show....wait who the hell wants to watch someone talk about themselves for an hour a week, I guess I would...I bet you Bonds likes his show. Why couldnt Bobby Bonilla take roids, at least he would talk to the media and throw stuff.

Come on man! A blog every a month aint enough!

Mrs. Dirty
