Recently, a friend of mine has been increasingly harassed because she
likes to ambulate her baby in a $900 stroller. If you don't know what
I'm talking about, you might need to check yo self - I'm obviously
talking about the BUGABOO. The super cool, functional stroller with
all sorts of features (including suspension) that any design nerd would
love. Some think it's the height of consumerism, others feel it's the
height of design translating to everyday items - I think two things:
leave my bitches be and I'm glad I don't have a baby because my wallet
would be $900 lighter.
The more I think about it though, these people hatn' on Bugaboo
probably already have a Dyson vacuum in their closet. WTF? Now that's
a waste of money. I'm sure that Dyson was driven home in their 06
Hummer with a roof rack - so why don't we combine all of them for the
mother who REALLY wants it all. A Dyson vacuum with a Bugaboo sidecar
and Hummer sensibility. And by sensibility I mean jacked up super high
to intimidate all the other babies on at the park. Done and done.
Wow I'm tired. I'm going head to my DWR couch and take a nap.
What are you snoop now?
